Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time/Part-Time 2nd Shift

Wages up to $50.25 per hour based on experience. Florence Health Services is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As part of the North Shore Healthcare family, we operate the largest post‑acute provider in the Upper Midwest, with 70 skilled nursing and assisted living centers across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and North Dakota.
Summary of Position Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN will assume responsibility for a group of residents/patients during the assigned shift. Responsibilities include assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care plans; ensuring resident safety; supervising nursing assistants and helpers; and following all North Shore policies, procedures, state regulations, and applicable JCAHO standards.
Who We’re Looking For
Active RN license and a passion for elder care
Team‑oriented, accountable, and proud of their work
Current CPR certification
Proficiency with supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, medication cart, etc.)
Ability to calculate drug dosages
Met health requirements imposed by law
Positive, effective communication with residents, families, volunteers, and staff
English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company applications
Skilled nursing experience preferred; passion and attitude matter most
New graduates welcome with training and support provided
