5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.

Overview Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital proudly serves the health care needs of families in St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren counties. The 102‑bed community hospital provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services including the Siteman Cancer Center, the Breast Health and Women’s Center, the Cardiology Center, the Neurosurgery Center and the Outpatient Surgery and Endoscopy Center. It is an Accredited Chest Pain Center and holds Level II stroke certification. The hospital’s medical office building houses primary care, cardiology, obstetrics, dermatology, surgery, and pulmonology specialists and offers outpatient services such as physical therapy, a sleep lab, and cardio‑pulmonary rehabilitation. Imaging Services provide diagnostic and interventional radiology, digital mammography, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, PET/CT, and related support.
Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The Registered Diagnostic Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging, including but not limited to abdominal, small parts, and obstetrical, for adult and/or pediatric patients to diagnose and treat anatomic and physiologic disorders. The role also assists with needle procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and needle placements and may perform vascular imaging.
Responsibilities Ensures proper function and readiness of all equipment. Performs ultrasound imaging examinations and ensures proper documentation of procedures. Performs studies independently, may conduct studies on‑call, portable exams, and at other sites as required by the work area.

Licenses & Certifications: RDMS or equivalent

Licenses & Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, RDCS or equivalent
