This role works closely with field teams to promote safe behaviors, ensure compliance, and assist with job site safety operations. What You'll Do

Support implementation of job site safety programs and procedures Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and field observations Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions Participate in safety audits and compliance inspections Track and report safety observations, trends, and corrective actions Reinforce a behavior-based safety culture across field crews What Were Looking For

OSHA 10 or higher required High school diploma required Prior experience supporting safety in construction or field environments preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Positive, professional presence on active job sites Ability to work onsite during day-shift hours Benefits & Compensation
