Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus
About the Role: Our client is a high‑growth private equity real estate investment firm, focused on industrial assets across the US and ranked among the top owners in the sector. We are seeking a Senior Associate, Fund Finance to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for fund performance analysis and all aspects of accounting and reporting related to their real‑estate funds.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review quarterly and annual reporting packages, including investor capital reporting and supporting schedules
Analyze results versus budget, forecast, and actuals, identify key drivers, and clearly communicate takeaways to stakeholders
Deliver ongoing KPI reporting and financial analysis to senior management, investors, lenders, and regulators
Coordinate fund administration end‑to‑end, working closely with external administrators and advisors
Own and maintain the Fund Sources & Uses across multiple funds, supporting both the investment period and value‑creation stages
Track compliance with the Fund LPA and loan limitations, including covenant monitoring and required reporting
Partner cross‑functionally to help lead the monthly and quarterly close and drive process improvements
Coordinate and oversee tax and regulatory filings, ensuring all required fund returns are prepared and filed accurately and on time
Implement and leverage technology and outsourced solutions to improve efficiency and strengthen controls
Ensure reporting and presentation outputs are accurate, timely, and backed by clean, reliable data
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in public accounting or private equity fund finance/accounting
Strong background in accounting and financial analysis (real‑estate/private equity experience preferred)
FP&A, corporate finance, and/or real‑estate private equity experience is a plus
Experience leading process improvements by improving and automating existing processes
Knowledge of financial KPIs, including how financial statements tie to private equity fund structures
Advanced Excel, highly proficient in PowerPoint and data visualization
Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level
