Financial Analyst Associate – Early Career (Orlando, FL)
Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full‑time Early Career Financial Analyst Associate to support monthly F‑35 Finance and Business Operations rhythm. The role provides financial status and guidance to Cost Account Managers, manages Earned‑Value Management (EVM) and financial information, and supports quarterly Contracts Status Review (CSR) and Long‑Range Plan (LRP).
Key Responsibilities
Support the monthly F‑35 Finance and Business Operations rhythm.
Provide financial status and guidance to Cost Account Managers.
Ensure Earned‑Value Management (EVM) and financial information is managed, analyzed and compliant to Program Performance Management Process (PPMP).
Support quarterly Contracts Status Review (CSR) and Long‑Range Plan (LRP).
Generate reports and perform data analysis, including advanced Excel functions (Pivot tables, lookups, graphs).
Collaborate with teams and communicate findings effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
High School or GED; bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline preferred.
U.S. Citizen with eligibility for a government security clearance.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
Quick learner with aptitude for various systems and processes.
Team player and self‑starter with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and metrics.
Experience with SAP, Cobra, or Hyperion.
Ability to provide data‑driven analysis and insights.
Additional Information
Fixed location in Orlando, Florida; hybrid telework available (4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week).
Position requires a government security clearance and will be located at a Lockheed Martin facility that requires special access.
