Responsibilities A team‑oriented individual with a positive attitude who assists residents who have difficulties completing basic tasks throughout the day and night. Responsibilities include medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping. Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for our residents. Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents, making a positive impact in their lives and their families.
