Description Responsibilities:
Responsible for enhancing the performance of FST’s HR technologies, including optimizing the performance of our HR systems, gathering data, and making recommendations based on performance metrics including design new HRIS processes
You will consult with FST Managers to determine HRIS reporting and analytic needs to drive operational efficiencies, cost savings, and increased labor management
You will analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolve application issues
You will partner with our HRIS external administrator and be their primary point of contact
You will document processes, identify HR and operational concerns, and compile data analysis reports
You will create and provide training and technical support for end users and drive increased HRIS adoption throughout the organization
You will develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management, optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, perform diagnostic tests, and lead implementations related to FST’s HRIS
You will perform analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries to support all departments within FST
You will ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance, PTO accruals, and employee data
You will also run weekly payroll as well as correctly input employee garnishments and child support
You will perform and document regular audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, payroll and benefits set up, 401k, etc.
This role will keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS
You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST
Requirements:

Take ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to necessary people, departments, and customers
3+ years’ human resource experience
2+ years’ experience serving as subject matter expert for HRIS; preferably UKG or Kronos
Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes
Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running queries
Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presenting skills
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
