Source, attract, and screen qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment. Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding support. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions. Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and recruitment metrics. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws pertinent to the manufacturing sector. Represent the company at career fairs and industry events to enhance employer brand within the manufacturing community. Recommended Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a diverse range of manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades, quality). Proficiency in various sourcing strategies, including passive candidate outreach and professional networking. Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on candidate experience and stakeholder management. Bonus Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Experience with HRIS/ATS systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday). Relevant HR or recruiting certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIR). Why Pivot Group
