Manufacturing Interim Controller
Manufacturing Interim Controller sought for a high‑impact role to make an immediate difference in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This hands‑on position is ideal for a proven finance leader who thrives on rolling up their sleeves to bring clarity, structure, and results.
What You’ll Do
Lead and refine cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate product costing and margin analysis.
Own and optimize bill of materials (BOM) accuracy, working closely with operations and engineering.
Support and coordinate activities related to an upcoming external audit, ensuring readiness and clean execution.
Analyze manufacturing variances and provide actionable insights to drive performance.
Strengthen internal controls and improve financial reporting processes.
Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership and executive management.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Manufacturing Interim Controller, Controller, or senior manufacturing finance leader.
Deep knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
Strong experience with bills of materials and inventory valuation.
Prior involvement in external audits, including preparation and audit support.
Ability to quickly assess, prioritize, and execute in an interim setting.
Compensation Base pay range: $110,000 – $150,000 per year.
