What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and ablation procedures
Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac solutions products
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth
Collaborate with local sales teams to conduct training and support for mapping and other cardiac solutions products
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation; OR
Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation; OR
Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel up to 25% within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record in technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
