This is a Finance and Business Operations Analysis (FP&A) role with a focus on Planning and Analysis and Program Control. The position supports a portfolio of 50+ programs, consolidating and preparing portfolio reporting of Orders/Sales/EBIT/CASH, and assisting in long‑range planning and weekly/monthly/quarterly business rhythms on working capital, cash management, revenue recognition and bookings. Additional responsibilities include direct support to a team of financial analysts who perform program control and customer financial reporting, funding tracking, invoice and receivable tracking for short‑term cash management, and support to proposal estimates and financial reviews.

Background in Data Analytics Automation or use of emerging AI tools for efficiency and accuracy.
Proactive Self‑Starter/Highly motivated.
Strong financial skills / solid financial acumen.
Experience with financial tools, processes and policies supporting DoD and other Federal Agency contracts.
Experience with Ledger / Financial Planning and Earned Value tools (SAP/Hyperion/Cobra).
FAR and Government compliance and readiness to support a virtual / geographically distributed organization.
Must possess strong Excel skills and data analytics.
Experience with government accounting, invoicing and cash management.
Strong presentation skills.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work with large data sets.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience / combined education, with 2+ years of related finance professional experience.
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
