Full-time/ 6 days working a week Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented
Accountant
with strong hands‑on experience in statutory compliances and core accounting functions. The candidate must have practical exposure to
GST, TDS, PF, ESI challans , along with preparation of
P&L statements, Balance Sheet , and handling
cash and bank transactions . Key Roles & Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance: Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries, and bank transactions. Handle cash transactions, petty cash management, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, and supporting schedules. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts. Statutory & Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.). Handle TDS calculations, challans, returns, and filings. Process PF & ESI challans, returns, and ensure timely statutory payments. Ensure compliance with statutory timelines and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and tax authorities as required. Reporting & Support: Maintain proper documentation and records for audits. Support internal and external audits. Generate MIS and financial reports as required by management. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF & ESI compliance. Hands‑on experience in daily accounting, P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash handling. Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel. Good understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory laws. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. CA-Inter / M.Com (preferred but not mandatory). Experience in handling multiple entities will be an added advantage. Key Competencies: High attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to meet statutory deadlines
