Contribute to practice‑facing thought leadership on applied AI in tax, responsible use, and emerging capabilities.

Conduct user acceptance testing sessions with tax teams; document outcomes, issues, and enhancement opportunities.

Log defects and improvement stories with clear reproduction steps and prioritization context.

Support QA testing and validate fixes/enhancements before broader release.

Partner across tax practitioners and SMEs, tax leadership/enablement leaders, technology/product teams, and risk/compliance/security stakeholders.
