Responsibilities
Originate and close high-volume purchase and refinance loans.
Work directly with Megatel Homes buyers and referral partners.
Convert live transfer and program-generated leads into closed loans.
Deliver an outstanding borrower experience from application to closing.
Qualifications
Proven track record as a top-producing Loan Officer.
Strong purchase loan experience preferred.
Active NMLS license.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, call-center environment.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and income-driven.
Required Skills
