Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance workplace. Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees, supporting employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and day‑to‑day people challenges.

Compensation, Benefits & ESOP:

Ensure compensation and benefits programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with firm goals. Oversee benefits administration and ESOP compliance, balancing employee experience with long‑term sustainability.

Compliance & HR Operations:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, and oversee payroll, leaves of absence, HR systems, reporting, and analytics to support informed decision‑making.
