Looking for a full-time, Assistant Property Manager in Phoenix, AZ. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for supporting the property manager in day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets, primarily retail but may include office, industrial, executive suites, and associations. Duties include coordinating service requests, communicating with tenants, managing rental agreements, and supporting the Property Manager by improving office operations and procedures. The Assistant Property Manager will be an integral member of the property team and a point of contact for tenant inquiries. Qualifications

Administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred Accounting or financial experience is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills to tackle issues in both routine and complex situations. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requests as needed. Responsibilities

Serve as point of contact by answering and directing phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently. Draft, edit, and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, reports, and other necessary documentation. Support the Property Manager in overseeing daily office operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Assist with tenant communications, including responding to inquiries, coordinating service requests, and maintaining positive tenant relations. Help manage property records, lease agreements, and vendor contracts to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation. Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, working with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution. Track and process invoices, payments, and other financial documents in collaboration with the accounting team. Maintain organized digital and physical files for property management operations. Assist in preparing reports on property performance, occupancy, and maintenance activities. Benefits
