Join Design Solutions & Integration as a
Journeyman Electrician
based in Stanley, North Dakota, working in the Bakken Basin oil fields. Your primary tasks will include installing and maintaining variable frequency drives (VFDs) and other electrical equipment outdoors.
Responsibilities
Configure, wire, and troubleshoot a variety of AC/DC controllers and VFDs.
Read and interpret electrical schematics to design, bend, and fill conduit in compliance with code specifications.
Perform field work outdoors, often on extended shifts (10‑12 hours a day, up to 7 days a week). 7‑day work schedules may occur depending on project demands.
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all company safety protocols.
Qualifications
Valid North Dakota Journeyman Electrician license or reciprocation from an approved state (Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming).
Valid driver’s license.
Strong teamwork orientation and commitment to safety and quality.
Drug‑free workplace and EEO compliance.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $44.00/hr – $50.00/hr.
Daily per diem of $115.
Typical annual earnings approach $200,000 when including base, overtime, and per diem.
