Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role. The position is based in Virginia; however, all assigned projects will be located outside of Virginia and require domestic and international travel. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within the designated timeline and budget. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project coordination, managing resources, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with project stakeholders. Additionally, the Construction Project Manager will handle budgeting and provide solutions to any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Construction Project Management, planning, scheduling and overall Project Management.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience and authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided)
Willing and able to travel domestically and overseas, as all assigned projects will be located outside of Virginia.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Strong skills in Project Coordination and the ability to ensure seamless collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability in budgeting, including cost estimation, financial planning, and expense monitoring.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards, with experience in overseeing on-site operations.
Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or other relevant credentials are an asset.
Eligibility to work on-site, and prior experience with military or government construction projects is a plus.
Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 – $135,000 (based on experience and qualification )
