Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $36.00/hr

Job Details This is a permanent, full‑time position. The role requires travel to various commercial sites as needed and may involve manual handling and working at heights.
Responsibilities
Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
Diagnosing and repairing faults in HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air conditioning units, cooling systems, and refrigeration systems.
Performing regular preventive maintenance to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Responding promptly to emergency call‑outs and resolving issues quickly.
Providing technical advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.
Ensuring all work follows company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Keeping accurate records of all work, parts used, and time spent.
Staying up to date with the latest HVAC technology and regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, ideally in construction.
Proven experience with a variety of HVAC systems, including industrial chillers, boilers, air conditioning, cooling, refrigeration, and installation.
Relevant qualification in HVAC or a related field.
Excellent problem‑solving skills for diagnosing and repairing faults.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and colleague advice.
High level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and working at heights.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different job sites as required.
Strong commitment to health and safety with thorough understanding of regulations and procedures.
