Talent Acquisition Specialist , you’ll be the driving force behind our recruitment strategy—building strong pipelines, guiding hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience for our Essex and Hudson County service areas. "Recruit and Retain to Win." What You’ll Do: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle. Leverage social media, networking, and creative outreach to find both active and passive candidates. Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and ensure timely, successful hires. Manage candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive journey. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience with strong social media sourcing skills. Excellent communication, customer service, and interviewing skills. A self-starter who thrives on driving results and building relationships. In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $65,000 to USD $110,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
