Direct Support Professional (Swanzey, NH)
Residential Resources is looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an older gentleman in a one‑person staffed residence in Swanzey, NH. He is quiet at first but once you get to know him, you will discover his fantastic sense of humor and love for good laughs and good food!
About the Individual
Loves watching 80’s and 90’s movies, specifically comedies.
Enjoys having a steady background of classic rock playing in his home.
A big fan of great food, especially Chinese takeout!
Support needs include meal preparation and clean up/household chores, cues and hands‑on support for personal care, medication administration (don’t worry, we will train the right person) and general companionship.
We are looking for either
part‑time or full‑time
DSPs depending on the applicant’s needs.
Available shifts include:
Weekdays: 4:00 pm–8:00 pm.
Weekends: 8:00 am–4:00 pm and/or 4:00 pm–8:00 pm.
Pay All available shifts listed above pay $18.00 per hour.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years as a licensed driver
