No experience required

full training . You will assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are set up for success in their travel careers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and assist in the onboarding process for new employees
Conduct training sessions to ensure new hires understand company procedures
Assist with recruitment efforts and job posting management
Coordinate with managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Provide feedback and guidance to new hires during the training process
Maintain records of new hires and training progress
Communicate clearly with candidates and employees during the onboarding stages
Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills
