As a key member of the Operations department supporting organizational growth and talent development, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, aligning seamlessly with the company's mission to drive meaningful, people-centered change.

What's the Job?
Forecast workforce needs based on growth projections, sales pipeline, and operational demand
Build and manage proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles
Partner with leadership to optimize resource allocation across projects and teams
Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
Deliver a high-quality, transparent candidate experience from first contact through hire
What's Needed?
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including workforce planning or talent strategy
Strong full-cycle recruiting expertise across diverse and specialized roles
Experience using and optimizing ATS, HRIS, and recruiting tools
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to partner with leaders and influence hiring decisions
