About the Position Location: Medford, Wisconsin (Non‑remote, must reside in a commutable area).
Compensation: $70,000 – $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Provide engineering support for continuous improvement efforts and new product development related to production processes and equipment, including:
Process information improvements
Integration across multiple manufacturing facilities
Lean manufacturing applications
Layout design
Material handling improvements
Specification of production equipment
Work with design engineering and production to establish/improve methods and systems regarding window and door manufacturing
Provide additional support as required
Qualifications
Engineering degree preferred (mechanical, manufacturing, or related)
Minimum 2‑5 years’ experience in manufacturing, with preference for fenestration industry experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD is a plus
