Key Responsibilities
Perform field layouts and construction surveys using Leica robotic total stations. Lead survey teams as Party Chief or Crew Chief, assigning tasks and ensuring project milestones are met.
Process survey data and drawings using Carlson and AutoCAD.
Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment.
Collaborate with project teams to solve field challenges and ensure accuracy. Work outdoors in all weather, at heights, on your feet for extended periods, and lift up to 75 pounds.
Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Qualifications
Experience as a Field Engineer, Surveyor, Party Chief, or Crew Chief.
Proficiency with Leica robotic total stations, Carlson, and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of construction surveying practices and principles.
Higher-level math skills (algebra and trigonometry).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety and teamwork on the jobsite.
