PGIM Global Services is part of PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential. The Investment Operations team provides recordkeeping, accounting, reporting and technology services for the investment portfolios supporting the insurance companies and other Prudential entities.
As part of the Regulatory Reporting team, the Analyst will support the Tax, Pricing, and Valuation Reporting (TPV) Team. Responsibilities include reconciling, reporting and analyzing Bond & Equity security positions and transactions using the PAM Investment sub‑ledger system and Oracle General Ledger (GL). The role also involves applying accounting rules, preparing GAAP & Statutory reports, and documenting new reporting requirements.
This position is based in either Tampa, FL or Newark, NJ and follows a hybrid schedule of three days in office.
What You Will Do
Support the TPV team in reconciling Bond & Equity security positions and transactions.
Apply accounting rules and practices to various portfolios.
Collaborate with other business functions to meet reporting deadlines.
What You Can Expect
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP & Statutory reports.
Monthly subledger to ledger proofs and market value reconciliation.
Quarterly MD&A supplemental schedules and cash flow statements.
Annual GAAP surveys, footnote disclosures, and Statutory Schedule D, DA, and E.
General Ledger entries for GAAP market value adjustments.
Monthly reconciliations for asset and income accounts.
Research issues related to accounting entries and the subledger system.
GAAP to Statutory balance sheet reconciliation.
Document procedures for new reporting requirements.
Complete ad‑hoc requests from internal clients.
Gather information for internal and external audits.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Oracle General Ledger is a plus.
Knowledge of investment accounting and various instrument types.
High self‑motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.

Additional experience with Oracle General Ledger.
Prior internship or background in investment management or financial services.
Any additional relevant experience.
Note: Salary Range Prudential requires salary disclosure: $60,000 to $70,000. Specific pricing may vary within this range based on location and experience.
