Prepare and audit income‑tax provisions and consult on income‑tax filings for clients in the U.S. and multiple nations. Coach and develop tax engagement teams, manage engagement economics and maintain high quality delivery. Identify, resolve and share tax technical issues to improve efficiency and client service. Partner across service lines to uncover new opportunities for clients through cross‑border and cross‑functional teamwork. Skills And Attributes For Success
Provide domestic federal tax advice tailored to client needs. Stay current on trends, legislation and technical authorities, applying them to complex situations. Supervise high‑performing teams and mentor junior colleagues. Build relationships internally and externally, promoting a culture of collaboration. Develop technical and soft skills of younger colleagues and participate in performance management. To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
Accounting degree or graduate degree in Tax or Law and a minimum of five years of related work experience. CPA certification or licensed attorney status. Background in tax compliance and accounting for U.S. income tax with broad understanding of U.S. income‑taxation. Experience managing budgets and projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and data‑mining tools. Strong priority management, engagement integration and ability to travel as needed. Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Proven record in a professional services environment. Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Adaptability to work with both internal and client team members. What We Look For
