Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Principal Sourcing Manager –Services
to join our team, reporting to the Director, Indirect Procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of Corporate Services, e.g., Marketing, HR, Professional Services, T&E, Fleet, and SaaS). The candidate will develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goods
Pursue opportunities for significant OpEx and CapEx cost reductions and budget savings
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and terms
Manage supplier relationships to ensure that they meet or exceed performance expectations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives
Manage and report on savings KPIs to Executives
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, commodity management, or related field
Experience in change and continuous process improvement
Flexible to manage and support new categories
Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts with suppliers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba
