Overview
Arizona Licensed Litigation Attorney (Remote) role at Latitude Legal. A law firm with offices nationwide is seeking an Arizona licensed attorney with at least six years of experience litigating to assist with general, commercial, employment and/or personal injury litigation matters on a remote basis. This can be a contract or permanent position, and can be either part-time or full-time depending on what works best for the candidate. Responsibilities
Handle general case workup activities such as written discovery, motion work, depositions and trial preparation in civil litigation matters. Manage general, commercial, employment and/or personal injury matters in a law firm setting. Qualifications
6+ years of legal experience in litigation Excellent communication skills Ability and experience to work independently and with a team Licensed in Arizona Excellent academic credentials Outstanding references Position Details
Type of role: Permanent Schedule: Full-time Location: Remote or Hybrid Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 on a full-time basis. Pay is based on factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend. Confidentiality
