A boutique plaintiff-side trial firm in the Cobb Galleria area is seeking an experienced
Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
to support complex, high-stakes litigation. This role is ideal for a seasoned paralegal who operates independently and wants to be a true partner in the litigation process.
You will work directly with a trial attorney on matters including catastrophic motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, premises liability, dog bite cases, and sexual assault litigation.
What You’ll Do
Manage cases from pre-suit through trial and resolution
Handle discovery, pleadings, subpoenas, and trial filings with minimal supervision
Coordinate with clients, experts, courts, and opposing counsel
Maintain litigation calendars, case files, and trial prep materials
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
Trial support experience and strong knowledge of Georgia civil procedure
Advanced drafting and organizational skills
Professional, confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, female-led environment
Compensation:
$80,000 per year
