Litigation Paralegal – Dallas, TX We are seeking an experienced
Litigation Paralegal
to join a dynamic and collaborative team in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys with fact investigation, legal research, and trial preparation
Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and deposition materials
Manage case files, docketing, and calendaring deadlines
Assist with document production and electronic filings
Prepare materials for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
Qualifications
4+ years of commercial litigation experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with litigation support technology (Relativity a plus)
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
