Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems supporting manufacturing operations. Oversee the implementation, integration, and support of manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, and industrial control systems (ICS). Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity strategies to protect production networks, intellectual property, and sensitive operational data. Lead IT project initiatives focused on digital transformation, automation, and efficiency improvements on the shop floor. Provide high-level technical support and ensure maximum uptime for all IT and OT systems to minimize production disruptions. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans specifically tailored for manufacturing IT/OT environments. Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services critical to manufacturing operations. Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading IT operations and infrastructure specifically within a manufacturing setting. Demonstrated expertise with manufacturing-specific systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA, and IoT solutions. Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills, including budget oversight and vendor relations. Ability to develop and execute IT strategies that support manufacturing efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation goals. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements relevant to industrial control systems and data integrity. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS). Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP systems commonly used in production environments.
