Overview IT Support Specialist – Location: Schönenwerd, Landquart, Switzerland. Type: Dispatch, On-site. Hours: 10-20 hours per week. Skills: Troubleshooting, Problem Solving, Help desk & ticketing systems, Windows & macOS support, Basic Networking.

Responsibilities

Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.

Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.

Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.

Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.

Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber as authorized.

Have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.

Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.

Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.

Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems related to network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.

Requirements

Must hold a valid work permit in Switzerland

Several years of experience in the IT field

English fluency mandatory
