As a Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) in our Films group, you will be responsible for optimizing and driving diffusion processes, including oxide growth, poly deposition, and high-temperature anneals to support advanced semiconductor manufacturing. The role collaborates with multi-functional teams to drive yield improvements, solve process issues, and implement cost-effective solutions, contributing to technology transfer, process stability, and continuous improvement initiatives within the ATE organization. Responsibilities

Own critical taskforce initiatives, lead multi-functional technical teams to execute new tech node yield roadmaps. Collaborate with process integration, technology development, and local yield teams to improve new technology. Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and career development. Cultivate an innovative perspective, seeking opportunities for process improvements that align with state-of-the-art product requirements while optimizing costs. Develop a fundamental understanding of process engineering and its impact on overall process health. Provide engineering support to internal team members and senior leadership. Required Skills

10+ years of experience working in the semiconductor industry High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) experience as a leader or high-level individual contributor Detailed knowledge of thin films, diffusion, or implant Proven experience leading high-value technical projects In-depth experience in Diffusion/CVD – HVM startup Expertise in Diffusion/CVD in a High Volume Manufacturing fab, working on yield issues, process issues, and tool ramp Expertise in leading and driving productivity and cost reduction projects in the Diffusion/CVD area Preferred Skills

Advanced knowledge of Process Integration Knowledge of other semiconductor process areas (wet etch, dry etch, etc.) Master’s degree or higher in Engineering DRAM product experience Benefits and Equal Opportunity
