Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparing and drafting legal documents for filing and correspondence Drafting pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders Corresponding with attorneys, court personnel, and clients Interviewing witnesses and preparing them for testimony Ensuring accuracy of all documents Promptly appearing in court on assigned cases Handling all aspects of assigned cases Performing administrative duties such as filing, mailing, and organizing files and pleadings Conducting legal research Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess: J.D. Family law experience is preferred but not required Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience Company Description
