The Reltio MDM Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Reltio platform.
This role focuses on data modeling, integration, workflow configuration, and data quality management to ensure accurate, scalable, and reliable master data across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Reltio MDM solutions, including Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and related integration components.
Design, implement, and maintain Reltio data models, relationships, and hierarchical structures.
Develop and manage data ingestion and integration pipelines using RIH and iPaaS tools such as Workato.
Configure and manage Data Change Request (DCR) workflows to support governed data updates and approvals.
Implement and optimize match and merge rules to ensure accurate entity resolution.
Configure data quality rules to enforce validation, consistency, and data governance standards.
Design and support API-based and event-driven integrations using JSON payloads and queue-based processing mechanisms.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to support Reltio user interface customization and usability enhancements.
Analyze data issues, perform root cause analysis, and support data remediation efforts.
Work closely with data architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with data governance and business requirements.
Support testing, deployment, and post-production issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with the Reltio MDM platform, including Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
Strong experience with RIH-based integrations and iPaaS tools such as Workato.
Experience configuring Data Change Request (DCR) workflows in Reltio.
Solid understanding of master data modeling, including entities, attributes, relationships, and hierarchies.
Experience implementing match and merge rules and data quality rules within MDM environments.
Strong experience with API-based integrations, JSON message formats, and queue-based processing.
Familiarity with UI/UX concepts related to Reltio configuration and usability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and consistency.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise-scale MDM implementations.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
