Insight Xcite
is growing our ServiceNow practice and looking for developers who want to make an impact. You'll support fully funded projects onsite with a government client in Northern Virginia — building secure, scalable, and user-friendly ServiceNow solutions that directly support mission success.
Contingent Upon Award:
This position is contingent upon contract award and/or funding approval. Candidates selected may be contacted for pre-screening and qualification prior to award.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Build and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and APIs.
Configure tables, forms, and user interfaces based on mission requirements.
Integrate ServiceNow with external data sources and enterprise platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design secure, scalable solutions.
Participate in agile sprints, stand-ups, code reviews, and continuous integration workflows.
Provide documentation and hands-on support across the full SDLC.
Requirements
Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) — non-negotiable. Candidates without this clearance will not be considered.
3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification (required).
Solid skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web development languages.
Familiarity with relational databases and secure system design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience (or Master’s with 4, Associate’s with 8).
