Base Pay Range $50,000 - $80,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruiting efforts for frontline and supervisory staff
Conduct interviews
Handle employee relations, HR operations, and compliance
Support onboarding, training, and retention initiatives
Partner with leadership to build and scale HR processes
Qualifications
Prior HR or people operations experience required
Experience with hourly, shift‑based, or service‑industry employees preferred
Comfortable working onsite and in the field
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
