CPL
Structural Building Systems Engineer II
Base pay range : $88,000 – $133,000 per year
Responsibilities :
Conduct code research in support of project development
Research and apply current technology and stay abreast of new and upcoming technologies
Analyze reports, drawings, etc. to plan and design project
Execute design calculations and quantity/cost estimates for buildings
Develop and prepare project specifications for structural building projects
Research code issues and develop educated strategies to satisfy code requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
A minimum of eight (8) years of structural engineering experience
AutoCAD/Revit experience
Design program experience such as Enercalc, RISA, Bentley Structural System or equivalent required
Professional Licensure
Ability to interact effectively across organizational boundaries to achieve goals and meet deadlines
