Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Greater Milwaukee for a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator. The HRIS Administrator will oversee the maintenance and improvement of HR systems, ensuring optimal performance. Responsibilities include managing system updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring data accuracy. In this role, you will also support the HR team with employee benefits administration and data reporting. Collaborating with internal teams, the HRIS Administrator will ensure efficient communication and support for HR‑related system needs.
Qualifications
2+ Years of HR experience specific to HRIS.
Strong analytical skills for data reporting, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
Experience in System Administration and proficiency in managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as ADP, Paycor, BambooHR, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of Employee Benefits management.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
Detail‑oriented mindset and ability to ensure data integrity.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is advantageous.
