with strong
restoration leadership experience
who takes pride in the work, leads ethically, and understands that
customer service, safety, documentation, and profitability all work together .

field‑focused leadership role
for someone who sees what needs to be done, plans ahead, and takes action—without shortcuts and without ego.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support
mitigation technicians
in the field
Plan and schedule
water, fire, mold, and trauma jobs
Visit job sites daily to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
Review documentation (notes, photos, moisture maps, sketches) for billing and compliance
Communicate with
property owners and insurance adjusters
Train, coach, and hold the team accountable
Enforce safety standards and procedures
Oversee warehouse, vehicles, and equipment
Ensure
vendor program compliance
Serve as
backup on‑call
and first responder as needed
Required Experience & Certifications
Water Restoration (WRT/ASD)
Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT)
Mold Remediation (AMRT or equivalent)
Experience in restoration operations, mitigation management, or field supervision
Strong knowledge of IICRC standards, documentation, and job profitability
Ability to manage multiple jobs without becoming overwhelmed
