This role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong emphasis on Okta and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) technologies, giving you the chance to design and implement enterprise-level identity solutions in a dynamic environment. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture Hands-on expertise with Okta and CIAM solutions Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect) Experience designing and implementing identity governance and lifecycle management Background in enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards Desired Skills & Experience Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Knowledge of API security and integration patterns Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and adaptive access Strong communication and stakeholder management skills What You Will Be Doing
