Job Overview Designing, developing, and maintaining Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions using the NICE CX One platform and integrating them with other systems like CRMs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development:

Create, update, and modify IVR call flows, scripts, and applications using NICE Studio.

Testing and Deployment:

Conduct unit and system integration testing (SIT), support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage deployment processes.

Troubleshooting & Optimization:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to IVR applications to ensure high availability and performance.

Collaboration:

Work with business analysts, QA teams, and other cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and define functional designs.

Documentation:

Maintain technical documentation for IVR architecture, configurations, and call flows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

3‑10+ years of IVR development, with a strong focus on the NICE CX One platform.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong proficiency in NICE Studio scripting (ACD, IVR, Workflows).

Knowledge of telecommunication protocols (VoIP, SIP) and CTI integration.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is often required.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
