Job Description: Our client Hirekeyz seeks an experienced support analyst to provide operation, management, and support for computer‑aided design and drafting applications (CADD), roadway design applications, imagery, civil design modeling, and general engineering services for TxDOT.
Responsibilities:
Share knowledge of CADD and civil engineering principles and practices.
Troubleshoot CADD issues.
Assist end users to ensure CADD projects are completed on time, within budget, and to user requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, technical writers, developers, and others to understand CADD requirements.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting MicroStation, ProjectWise, and OpenRoads Designer.
5+ years of enterprise software implementation and deployment.
5+ years of software package creation and deployment.
5+ years as a subject‑matter expert for CADD tools and extensive support for civil engineering software.
5+ years of effective, customer‑centric support.
5+ years of experience providing guidance to end users based on analysis of hardware, software, and technologies associated with civil engineering workflows.
Excellent communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
Exercises logic and reasoning to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Makes decisions that support business objectives and goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years working on TxDOT CADD/engineering projects.
Experience using AI tools to gain efficiencies in Digital Delivery.
