Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Ensure that the daily office routine runs smoothly and manage all administrative aspects.* Responsible for our EMEA office location in Unterschleißheim (Germany) as our primary location.* At our front desk, welcome external visitors and be the go-to person for our employees in all administrative and office related matters.* Proactively take on administrative tasks in various fields and work on diverse and complex projects together with the sales team and corporate functions such as Finance, IT, Facilities, Marketing and HR.* Independently organize, plan and support with Wolfspeed’s internal and external events.* Coordinate international travel for our local as well as US colleagues when visiting Europe and work closely with our Executive Assistants to ensure smooth travel.* Manage EMEA company car fleet in all aspects.* Help to ensure occupational safety in our office (EHS).* Evaluate cost saving potentials and help to maintain and improve a modern, efficient and sustainable office environment.* Support on- and offboarding employees.* Coordinates Vendor Management including but not limited to office supply vendors, building maintenance, building leases, etc.**Experience requirements*** Successfully completed vocational training or a comparable qualification* Relevant professional experience in a comparable position* Experience in event management is necessary* Basic knowledge of Accounting principles is a plus* A positive, empathetic and resilient personality* Proactive, Independent, and Creative in finding solutions* Strong organization skills and Attention to detail* Ability to adapt and be flexible as priorities change* Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization* Business fluent in German and English; any other language is a plusThis role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
