Responsibilities
Inspection and measurement of components, and claim handling.
Preparation of measurement protocols, conduct measurement system analysis, and correlation.
Adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E. – Mechanical Engineering.
Hands‑on experience with measuring equipment such as CMM, roundness tester, roughness tester, hardness tester, etc.
Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
Fluency in communication, flexibility, and decision‑making ability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of basic and preventive quality tools and problem‑solving methodology.
Knowledge of QMS system, IATF 16949, PPAP; preferred lead auditor qualification.
Manufacturing process knowledge, exposure to heat treatment and surface treatment processes.
