Area Leader (Manager) Trainee – Franchise Operations

Responsibilities
Staff and supervise store leaders across multiple locations.
Implement merchandising programs, control cash and inventory, and motivate teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Manage profit and loss, including budgeting, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses.
Set performance goals and objectives, monitor results with upper management.

Qualifications
4‑year degree from an accredited college or a minimum of 5 + years of experience managing district or regional operations.
Prior multi‑unit management experience preferred.
Ability to relocate after training completion.
Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
Strong ability to multi‑task, self‑motivated, capable of bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Positive focus on profit & loss management and budgeting.
Pay USD $85,000 – $95,000 annual salary.
