Join to apply for the Burger King Shift Leader role at GPS Hospitality. We need a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all duties of Team Members with additional responsibility for directing daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and other duties as required. Responsibilities
Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests Train and coach the team Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant each shift Set an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and high proficiency in restaurant operations Provide coaching and feedback to the team Supervise in accordance with GPS values, traits and behaviors Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills Follow and enforce all cash policies; address and document any policy violations Other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager Qualifications
0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting Excellent customer service skills Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the US Physical Requirements
Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures Ability to stand for 8-10 hours Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Benefits
