5–10 years of experience in construction project management only!
Role overview the project manager – service is responsible for managing construction-related projects from initiation through completion. this role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
key responsibilities
lead multiple projects of varying size and complexity from inception to completion
facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones
collaborate with stakeholders to establish project performance goals
develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
track project progress and performance against established goals
identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks
monitor and communicate project status to project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
plan and monitor project budgets and resource allocation
conduct research and analysis to support project planning and execution
document project activities, decisions, and lessons learned
maintain accurate project records, notes, and databases
assign resources and guide team members through all project phases
coach and provide developmental feedback to team members
required skills and qualifications
5–10 years of construction project management experience
strong communication skills
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
strong organizational and time management skills
proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
