Lead BAS project delivery for large-scale data center facilities, from planning through commissioning and handover. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Serve as the client’s main point of contact for project updates, technical issues, and stakeholder coordination. Maintain project documentation, including schedules, financial forecasts, and change orders. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and industry regulations. Travel within Virginia to project sites as needed (approx. 25–50%). Qualifications

5+ years of BAS, controls, or MEP project management experience (mission‑critical/data center projects highly desirable). Strong knowledge of BAS, HVAC, and electrical/mechanical system integration. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. PMP certification or equivalent project management training a plus. Willingness to travel throughout Virginia.
